Psychotherapy is not easy and it is not something a Psychologist does to you; Psychotherapy is a systematic therapeutic process that the Psychologist does with you. It is mostly hard work directed at learning how to differentiate between taking too much responsibility for some things in your life and too little responsibility for other things in your life.
